I am experiencing an issue with all transparent png files copied from chrome and pasted into photoshop cs6. Remove the tracking adds and junk. If the background is still black proceed with the fixes below.
The background is black rather than transparent.
Microsoft continues to polish the system and invest in it. Windows search is fixed. But when you view images individually the background is black. Try gimp or irfanview.
